Galit B.
Galit B. is a comedian from Montreal, Canada, an improviser, a yoga teacher, a DJ, a podcast host, and a multidisciplinary creative currently based in Bali. With more than a decade of experience in improv, acting, stand-up comedy, and teaching, along with ten years as a yoga teacher, Galit sees improvisation as far more than comedy—it is a spiritual practice rooted in presence, intuition, deep listening, eye-to-eye connection, and the courage to move beyond the thinking mind.
Having spent much of her own life learning to reclaim and express her voice, Galit is passionate about helping others do the same. Through her spiritual and heart centered comedy workshops, she creates playful spaces where people can be silly, take creative risks, connect authentically, and evolve through laughter. She is also the host of Vibe Higher with GG and coaches aspiring podcasters and YouTube creators who have something meaningful to share but need support bringing their voices and ideas into the world.
