A gentle note

Personal Responsibility & Wellbeing

Spark Keepers is a creative, educational, and community-based experience designed to inspire curiosity, imagination, self-expression, reflection, storytelling, play, and personal growth.

The content, activities, resources, discussions, videos, workshops, challenges, and reflections shared through Spark Keepers are provided for educational and inspirational purposes only.

Spark Keepers is not a counselling, psychotherapy, psychology, psychiatry, medical, allied health, crisis support, or clinical mental health service. Participation in Spark Keepers does not create a therapeutic, counselling, coaching, healthcare, or treatment relationship with Adriana Carballo, Robyn Laycock, or any Spark Keepers facilitator.

We honour the uniqueness of every person’s journey and invite participants to engage with each offering at their own pace, always listening to their own needs, boundaries, and wellbeing.

Participation is entirely voluntary. You remain responsible for your own physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual wellbeing, and for choosing how and when you engage with any activity, reflection, movement, creative exercise, discussion, or challenge.

If at any time you experience significant emotional distress, mental health concerns, trauma responses, or require professional support, we encourage you to pause your participation and seek assistance from an appropriately qualified health, mental health, allied health, or emergency service provider.

By participating in Spark Keepers, you acknowledge that you are engaging voluntarily and accept responsibility for your own wellbeing and decision-making throughout the experience.

Any sharing of personal experiences by facilitators is offered as personal reflection and should not be interpreted as professional therapeutic, medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

Remember

There is no right way to participate.

  • You are always welcome to pause.
  • You are always welcome to adapt an activity.
  • You are always welcome to skip an activity.
  • You are always welcome to return when the time feels right.

The invitation is always yours to accept, modify, or decline.
