Most of us know exactly what lights us up. We simply stopped making room for it — and doing it alone is hard. So we're doing it together, live, for five days.

Tuesday 8 December
- Make peace with the sound of your own voice.
- Turn three things around you into a line, a verse, a chorus.
- Share it — hum it, whisper it, belt it — with people who are cheering for you.
Day 3 · Story
Enchanted by Stories
Wednesday 9 December
- Find the stars hidden inside the stories you carry.
- Choose the story you want to pass on — and the one you're ready to release.
- Become a safe person for someone else's story.
Day 4 · Silence
In the Territory of Silence
Thursday 10 December
- Gift yourself a pocket of silence — 5, 10 or 20 minutes.
- Ask what would bring you joy today, and trust the first whisper.
- Walk the Silence Between the Stars meditation with Robyn.
Day 5 · Wish
You Are the Wish
Friday 11 December
- If time, money and other people's opinions were not an obstacle — what do you really want?
- Make the wish out loud, with witnesses.
- Leave with your next step, and a village that will keep asking how it's going.
And on the sixth day…
The children in Costa Rica celebrate the end of their school year — paid for by everyone who joined this challenge.

Two friends on opposite sides of the world who kept asking each other one question: what would bring you joy today? Spark Keepers grew out of the answers — a village of people choosing nature, connection, creativity and play, out loud.
